If you have missed a delivery, we will have left you a card.

If you received either of these cards use our card left form.

If you received either of these cards contact your branch.

Options for receiving your item:

• Collection – Collect from any of our branches
• Redirection – Have your item sent to an alternative address
• Redelivery – Have your item sent to the same address
